Grade A Very Dark Color, Strong Taste is similar to "Grade B" under the old standards. It has a smoky taste and a much more concentrated maple flavor. It is a darker syrup in color and many prefer it for use at the table. Because of the more concentrated flavor, it is great for cooking.
