Our Midnite Magic 100% Pure Maple Sugar is made entirely from our very dark grade of Ohio Maple Syrup. This dark sugar will have a stronger maple flavor than our light sugar and is great for a 1:1 substitution of brown or very dark sugar.
Tastes great sprinkled over toast, oatmeal, ice cream, or your morning coffee. Fantastic performance when used on the grill for maple glazes on fish, chicken, and ribs. Also try it on sugar cookies, bacon, pork sausage, and acorn squash.
Gluten-free and GMO-free. No cane sugar added.
