Our delicious 100% Pure Maple Sugar is made entirely from Ohio Maple Syrup. This light maple flavor tastes great sprinkled over toast, oatmeal, ice cream, or your morning coffee. Fantastic performance when used on the grill for maple glazes on fish, chicken, and ribs. Also try it on sugar cookies, bacon, pork sausage, and instead of brown sugar on acorn squash. Can be substituted 1:1 for light or brown sugar in recipes.
